Introduction to Games Design – Topic

During today’s session, we were all given a topic on which to focus on during the brief. The topic which I randomly chose was “Icons of Gaming“. I am fairly pleased with this choice as it will allow me to bring emphasis not only to iconic characters in gaming history, but also iconic people who helped to shape the industry into the way that it is today.

    You can start with Bill Gates who insisted we wouldn’t need more than 640K base memory to run software. It wasn’t until Win95 when that was broken and games ran with DirectX and not DOS.
